Child of the Dawn

Bear with my metaphor and maybe you'll when you're done reading, you'll understand what I'm trying to say ...

In a little village in a dark, smothering jungle, the chief became the proud father of a new heir.  It had been a long wait.  Some of the village folk had begun to wonder if the chief ever would be able to bring forth any offspring.  He had taken himself many brides, and  tried in many ways to secure his future linage, but without success.  Some of the older folk had begun to think that this was an omen, that the chief's line just was not meant to rule.  Maybe it was time to appoint a new leader who would provide secure leadership for the village in the years to come.

First Things First

I suppose you must be wondering what my blog is all about ... what kind of things you can expect to read about. Instead of writing about my personal struggles, my life and things that I'm sure no one would be interested in ... I've decided to write about the things that I am interested in: movies, games, technology, photography and travel. While these 5 subjects might not seem that related, they are all interests that I have, and therefore I do feel that I have something that I can share about them.  If you are interested in one or more of these subjects, then feel free to check back from time to time.  If you are not interested in these topics, then maybe I can convince you otherwise.

Please feel free to add comments to my blog ... actually, I really would appreciate it if you do.  Whatever you do, don't even think of spamming my comments.

All Things Start Somewhere

I've been planning to start a blog for quite a while now.  I started writing for it, and have even organized web hosting and registered a domain.  The only problem is that I just don't get the time to develop the website.  Maybe I bit off more than I can chew by thinking of developing my own website.  I've got a full-time job, and I don't have that much spare time to still work on building a website.  I just decided that maybe I should just start with a blog on Blogger, and then when I've got the time, I will build my website and move my blog across.

Anyway ... so bare with me, I do not guarantee that I will post everyday on this blog, but when I have got the time, I will make an effort to post something that is entertaining and hopefully a bit enlightening.

All things start somewhere ... and here starts my blog.  I am not that clued up on how Blogger works yet, so I will change and customize my blog as I discover how it works.  Don't be too surprised if my blog looks different the next time you visit, because I most definitely am going to change it.
